Mischa Barton has been accused of misdemeanor DUI and possession of marijuana, following her December arrest, reported People magazine.
The former The OC star has also been accused of driving without a license. Her next court date is scheduled for February 28 at the Beverly Hills Superior Court.
The star was arrested on December 27 after her vehicle was seen stradling two lanes of traffic and failed to signal when making a turn. She was required to complete a breathalyzer test.
