The star of How to Lose a Guy in 10 Days, who was very excited when he announced that his girlfriend Camila Alves was pregnant, said he has no intention of getting married.
A source told OK! magazine, "Matthew is getting used to the idea that he’s going to be a father. He says that’s enough to deal with right now. He has no plans to walk down the aisle with Camila now – or ever."
This refusal to get married does not please Alves and McConaughey’s mother. A source close to Alves stated, "Camila comes from a very strict Catholic background. And Matthew’s family is very traditional too. Everyone, apart from Matthew, feels a wedding is in order."
