Barron Hilton, 18, is following in his big sister’s footsteps. People reported that this Hilton was arrested Tuesday morning (February 12) for drinking and driving, and trying to use a fake driver’s license.
Barron was stopped a little after 8:00 a.m. and failed an alcohol test which showed he had exceeded the legal limit. Hilton spent his day behind bars, and bail was set at $20 000.
In addition to DUI charges, Hilton is also being investigated for using false documents.
