Jamie Spears got permission to fire his daughter’s financial manager. Jamie submitted a request to the court on February 7 indicating that Howard Grossman was not respecting the court orders and was not providing important documents.
The judge gave Jamie Spears permission to dismiss Grossman. The ruling stated, "The temporary co-conservators believe that they cannot trust Mr. Grossman to follow instruction."
Jamie accused Grossman of organizing meetings with lawyers when his daughter was discharged from UCLA Hospital even though the court prohibited such meetings. Grossman did not comment but has previously told People that Britney Spears had no reason to get rid of him.
