A press release stated that Banana Republic will now be selling sunglasses, as well as prescription glasses.
The first collection is modern, and will be for men and women. There are five styles available, including an Aviator style, which protect against UV rays. The colours available are khaki, brown and black.
The prescription glasses for men are rectangular and slick. There are 22 styles for women which have a more urban look, with many shapes. These new glasses can be found in eyewear retailers across Canada.
