People magazine reported that the singer could not understand why fans were surprised when she confirmed her pregnancy.
In an interview for the February issue of Harper’s Bazaar magazine, Lopez stated,"I kind of feel like everybody knew anyway. I was on tour with a bubble gut!"
The star announced her pregnancy officially along with her husband Marc Anthony at her concert in Miami on November 8.
Lopez decided to hide her pregnancy for many weeks because she thinks it is an experience for a wife and husband to share alone before revealing it to others.
Lopez added, "We’re just getting used to the fact that we’ve told everybody."
