FemaleFirst reported that Cruise is always consulted before making a decision by Scientology leader, David Miscavige. This revelation was made by British author Andrew Morton in his book Tom Cruise: An Unauthorised Biography.
Morton, who also wrote Princess Diana’s biography, stated, "Cruise is second in command. Across 90 nations, 5,000 people hear his words of Scientology."
Miscavige is very close to Cruise and even joined him on his honeymoon with Katie Holmes in 2006.
