According to a report by Us magazine, the Canadian has decided to begin divorce procedings against her third husband, Rick Salomon.
The decision follows the initial request for divorce which was filed on December 14. The 40-year-old actress cited irreconcilable differences for the divorce from Salomon, whom she wed on October 6, 2007, after one month of dating.
A reconciliation seemed to be coming, as Anderson wrote on her website just days later, "P.S. We’re working things out."
However, the current news from Anderson’s website is that she spent the holidays with her two sons, and without Salomon.
Salomon, who is the father of two girls from a previous marriage, is known for his pornographic video called One Night in Paris, with Paris Hilton.
