The singer admitted to conversing with different personalities in her head, which sometimes can be disturbing. She explained that sometimes she gets confused about what she has and has not discussed with real people.
Minogue explained, "It’s not about having two different personalities – it’s about having a whole committee in your head. It’s about having this discussion with the committee about something really important, and assuming it took place for real. Like, recently, I was telling my friend William Baker about my next tour and what we’re going to be doing on it, and he was looking at me, like, ‘What tour, when?’ And suddenly I remembered I hadn’t actually told anybody I was planning to go on tour again besides myself."
Minogue is starting a European tour next year in honour of her 40th birthday. The singer promises that the concert Kylie X2008 will be completely different. "I am putting together a show that is going to be a new and exciting experience for both the audience and myself. The eclectic mix of sounds on ‘X’ is affording me an opportunity to explore and develop a new live show that will be fresh, exhilarating and innovative," stated Minogue.
