The "Material Girl" is the owner of an immense apartment managed by Midboro Management. Madonna claims that the company kept her from acquiring another apartment adjacent to the one she owns.
Madonna submitted the legal documents in court last Wednesday, December 5, so that the sale can be concluded.
The 49-year-old singer became an owner of the apartment on 64th Street West, with a breathtaking view of Central Park, in 1985. She would like to buy the apartment next to hers, which was refused by Midboro Management.
Madonna and her husband, Guy Ritchie, were in New York recently to promote the movie, Revolver.
