According to People magazine, Howie Dorough and his girlfriend, Leigh Boniello were married last Saturday, December 8, in Orlando, Florida.
One of People’s representatives saw the couple exiting St. James cathedral and explained, "The whole thing was like it belonged in a bridal magazine. It was absolutely perfect."
Dorough, 34, proposed to his sweetheart at a party in New Jersey. He stated, "She wasn’t expecting it, and I was quite nervous – more nervous about proposing to her in front of 40 family and friends than about performing in front of 40,000 people onstage."
The couple met in 2000 when Boniello was hired by the group as a webmaster. The Backstreet Boys are now touring to promote their sixth album, Unbreakable, which was released last October.
