Jonathan Rhys Meyers, star of August Rush, is relieved that the charges for disturbing the peace at Dublin’s airport last month have been dropped.
Michael Staines, lawyer for the star, appeared in court yesterday stating that his client’s behaviour was "unacceptable and out of character".
In addition, according to the Associated Press, Jonathan Rhys Meyers apologized to the airport authorities and the personnel of the airline BMI.
A few days after this incident, the star’s mother died unexpectedly of a sudden illness.
