FemaleFirst reported that actor Anthony Hopkins will be joining a world musical tour playing the piano.
The actor expressed that he is passionate about playing the piano and hopes to show his talent during a concert series in cities around the world, starting in Melbourne. The star will be living out one of his greatest dreams. He will play classical pieces accompanied by an orchestra.
This project was created by the musician, Malcolm Luker, who met Hopkins while he was working on his last film, Slipstream.
Luker stated, "I think people will be surprised by (Anthony’s) talents. He’s a great pianist and an incredibly pleasant and softly spoken man."
Luker added that the project is still in the preliminary stages and the tour will likely begin at the beginning of 2009.
