The two celebrities share only a platonic relationship, says the 36 year-old cyclist. "Ashley Olsen and I are strictly friends," he said in Friday’s New York Post. "We have hung out amongst other friends, and she strikes me as a nice, smart lady."
Us Magazine reported that the duo booked rooms at a luxury hotel in New York’s SoHo neighbourhood. They also reported that Armstrong and Olsen dined together at the Big Apple, and attended a Broadway performance of Young Frankenstein on October 29.
Sheryl Crow, who is the ex-girlfriend of Armstrong, said that the possibility of the two sharing a romantic relationship is terrible, saying, "That’s pathetic. Ashley’s a kid."
Ashley Olsen is 21.
