Angelina Jolie Becoming a Journalist

There will be a report done about Darfur by Angelina Jolie in the next issue of The Economist.

The actress and ambassador for the United Nations is going to speak out about the social injustices and civil war that is persisting in Darfur in the next issue of The Economist.

In addition to comments by Jolie, this publication will have predictions for 2008 made by presidents and other political figures, on the issue of conflict.

Last February, the 32-year-old actress was very frustrated about not being able to visit this area of Africa. She stated, "This might be the moment we stop the cycle of violence and end our tolerance for crimes against humanity."

Her acting career is still busy with the promotion of the movie Beowulf at this time, and the Clint Eastwood suspense film, The Changeling.
