The actress left her latest hair cut into the hands of Oprah Winfrey. According to People magazine, Swank is going to have very short hair, as Winfrey cut off several inches to give to the Pantene Beautiful Lengths campaign. The charity’s goal is to support women who have lost their hair due to cancer treatments.
Swank said, "I’ve been growing it for the last six months to donate my hair. I’ve been taking a lot of vitamins and taking really good care of it, knowing that it would go to a woman in need."
Also as part of Oprah Winfrey’s show on the subject, 100 viewers will get 100 makeovers in one hour.
