Witherspoon did not give any details about her romance with the actor, who co-stars with her in the film Rendition, although she did admit that she finds him attractive, according to People magazine.
During the interview, which took place yesterday (October 23), DeGeneres said, "Jake’s cute," and Witherspoon replied, "Yeah. He’s great."
DeGeneres went on to ask Witherspoon to choose her favourite Rendition co-star, Gyllenhaal or actress Meryl Streep. Witherspoon simply responded by saying that was not a fair question.
DeGeneres also told the actress, whose divorce from actor Ryan Phillippe becomes final this month, that she seems to be happy and healthy. The talk-show host also asked about Witherspoon’s two young children. "I’m very well, thank you," Witherspoon said. "Everybody’s great."
