According to the Church of Scientology, Tom Cruise cannot say no or be strict with his 18-month-old daughter Suri.
In fact, the Church of Scientology promotes encouraging a child rather than restricting or giving punishments.
A source revealed, "Tom and Katie have a hard time saying no to Suri. It’s all about being positive and supportive. Scientology advises parents to try to be the child’s friend. They don’t scold their children, but instead explain that bad behaviour is the ‘wrong action’."
The same source added, "Suri pretty much does whatever she wants, whenever she wants. If she fusses before bed, they let her stay up later. If she whines about food, they’ll ask her what else she wants to eat. They always want to please her."
Suri is still too young to apply all of the rules of the Church of Scientology, but is surrounded by members of the Church frequently. Her two governesses must adhere to the principals of the religion.
