Twentieth Century Fox announced that the movie will be out on May 1, 2009, starring Hugh Jackman.
This movie will be directed by Gavin Hood in Australia, then on to New Zealand and then New Orleans.
The studio is expecting to have new actors in this movie such as Liev Schreiber who is in talks to play Brian Cox in X2.
