Kid Rock Splits With Manager

American rocker Kid Rock is now without a manager.

Now that he has reached the number one position on the American charts, selling more than 170 000 copies of his latest album, "Rock N Roll Jesus", the star’s manager has decided to retire.

Ed "Punch" Andrews, who also represents Bob Seger, has been working with Kid Rock for seven years.  Inside sources told Billboard neither Andrews nor the Michigan star are giving a reason for the decision.

Kid Rock is currently promoting his CD and will be appearing on The Ellen Degeneres Show and Jimmy Kimmel Live!
