The couple, who met in 2001 while working on the drama A Beautiful Mind, are planning a new project together…having a child. Bettany shared the news at the Four Seasons Hotel in Beverly Hills.
Bettany and Connelly already have a three year-old son, Stellan, and Connelly is also the mother of a 10 year-old son, Kai, from her previous relationship with photographer David Dugan.
Bettany, 36, would also like to work in a film with his wife. He said, "I’d love to work with Jennifer. She’s quite good at acting, so it would be foolish for me to pass up the opportunity if it came."
Jennifer Connelly is currently filming the comedy He’s Just Not That Into You with Drew Barrymore, Ben Affleck, Jennifer Aniston and Scarlett Johansson. The film will be released in North American theatres in August, 2008.
