There have been rumours that Angelina Jolie has finally forgiven her father Jon Voight, after he was seen exiting the Waldorf Astoria where his daughter was staying.
The 32-year-old actress has held a grudge against her father since 2002, when her father stated on television that Jolie was emotionally unstable.
Since that time, Voight has tried to make it up to his daughter on numerous occasions. He has also tried in vain to meet his four grandchildren.
Voight’s first attempt was when he organized a ceremony in a public park to do a tribute to Jolie’s mother, Marceline Bertrand. This gesture touched Jolie who then decided to bury the hatchet.
