According to the website Internet Life & Style, Federline’s lawyer, Mark Vincent Kaplan, went to court claiming that Spears drove her car without a driver’s license, with her two children in the car.
This statement by Kaplan added fuel to Federline’s case. The couple is fighting over the custody of the two boys, Sean Preston, 2, and Jayden, 1.
If Spears is found guilty she could face six months in prison and pay a fine of $1000.00.
