The star of Kill Bill pleaded not guilty to two counts of drinking under the influence of alcohol last Thursday.
Fox appeared in court, and was represented by Richard Hutton, who has represented Paris Hilton in the past.
Last March Fox was stopped by the police because they suspected she was driving in an impaired state. She was driving 129 km/h in a zone where the speed limit was 105 km/h. The car was swerving in and out of its lane.
The actress had to undergo an alcohol test which showed that she surpassed the acceptable level of alcohol. Fox could face six months in prison, and a fine of $1000.00.
The hearing will take place on October 29.
