The photographer and producer of the videos finds it extremely difficult to work with the three stars.
A source told the New York Post, "David refused to work with Madonna, Gwen Stefani or Christina Aguilera. He hates them! Something weird happened the last time he worked with Gwen, and he has cut her out."
LaChapelle adores working with Pamela Anderson, Courtney Love and Jennifer Lopez.
