Isabella, 14, and Connor, 12, are Cruise and Nicole Kidman’s adopted children. They spent part of the summer at a camp near Portland, organized by the Church of Scientology.
A source told the American magazine Star, "The summer camp is part of the Scientology’s ‘get them while they’re young’ campaign. While they will be enjoying horseback riding, swimming and all kinds of fun activities, some of their day is devoted to Scientology coursework."
Cruise is a devout Scientologist who has been chosen to try to spread the word.
