A 33-year-old mechanic was arrested for the robbery at Kirsten Dunst’s hotel suite in New York. James Jiminez was arrested last Saturday, and charged with theft.
The huge apartement at Soho Grand was broken into on August 9. The thieves stole designer handbags, credit cards, two digital cameras, a cell phone, an iPod and $2500.
The police believe that Jiminez was one of Jarrod Beinerman’s accomplices who was arrested last week.
Jiminez’s lawyer explained, "I know James has the deepest respect for Spider-Man and would never want anything to happen to Spider-Man’s girlfriend".
