Merv Griffin Dies at 82

The television legend, Merv Griffin, died at the age of 82.

According to Access Hollywood, the pioneer of television, Merv Griffin, died of prostate cancer at the age of 82.

Griffin created many television shows such as Jeopardy, Wheel of Fortune and Dance Fever.  He worked almost up to the end.

This man always tried to find ways to make television more interesting.  He then decided to diversify himself, and bought the Beverly Hilton chain of hotels.

In addition to being a successful businessman, he was also a crooner, with the popular hit I’ve Got a Lovely Bunch of Coconuts.

Griffin’s world was filled with success, and fans and colleagues are mourning his death.
