The supermodel worked with experts from Coty Inc. to create the fragrance called Kate. The scent is expected to be as successful as the model’s clothing line that was created for TopShop.
Moss told WWD, "It’s something I’ve thought of doing for a long time, but it just never felt right. It felt natural to take the step."
She said of the fragrance, "When I put it on I want to feel fresh and light and as the day goes on I want to feel sexier."
Moss added that she is happy to be able to make a transition into commercial products. She said, "I’m really happy that I’m able to have a voice. Now, I’m able to say ‘I want such a photographer’ and ‘I want it to look like this.’ I still love modeling. It’s nice to be able to do both."
