Queen Latifah, Garth Brooks, and Kenneth "Babyface" Edmonds will all share the scene with other artists with a goal of erecting the monument.
Stevie Wonder, Aretha Franklin and Carlos Santana have also agreed to perform. The show is being organised by Quincy Jones, Russell Simmons and Tommy Hilfiger. The concert will take place at Radio City Music Hall in New York on September 18.
A total of $81 million has already been raised for the monument, which will cost $100 million. The monument will be placed at the National Mall in Washington, D.C.
