Don Cheadle and Guy Pearce Team for Film

Created from an original idea by Steve Martin, the project will be directed by Jeffrey Nachmanoff (The Day After Tomorrow).

According to the Hollywood Reporter, the film follows a man who is working undercover for the CIA investigating terrorists.  He is then accused of becoming a terrorist himself.  Cheadle will play an FBI agent.

Traitor will begin filming in September in Toronto and Morocco.
