Real estate investor John Sundahl claims that he and the pop star are an item since they met at an Alcoholics Anonymous meeting in Los Angeles.
Sundahl told the National Enquirer that he and Spears are serious, considering that the singer recently helped him to recover from intestinal surgery. He said, "When I was in the hospital, she sat with me and held my hand all night long. She even sang and hummed to me while I was practically unconscious. I love being around her. She’s a sweet, caring girl and a good mom."
The 38 year-old man admits that his relationship with Spears could cause problems for divorce proceedings with Kevin Federline. Federline’s attorneys had previously planned to call Sundahl as a witness against Spears in the case.
