The 18 year-old model and former face of Whistles, is the daughter of Pearl Lowe, and has been chosen by Agent Provocateur’s owner, Serena Rees.
An inside source said of the decision, "Kate was paid half a million pounds for her services, so obviously it was something she could continue doing. Serena has been saying it was her decision not to use Kate."
