Lawyers for the pop singer have requested that WFLZ immediately remove the three pictures of the 26 year-old from their billboards.
The Spears clan insists that images of the singer can only be used for commercial use with her consent. A letter was sent by lawyers on June 14.
The billboards show Spears immediately after she shaved her own head, and along with each picture are the words, "Total nut jobs", "Shock Therapy", and "Certifiable".
