The In Her Shoes star hopes to find a better balance between her personal life and her career. Diaz explained, "It’s not that I don’t want to work again. I’m itching to get back to it but I’m not going to make a movie just to make a movie. Ten years ago, I did film after film after film. I remember someone I was working with asked what I was doing next and I thought, ‘Oh my God, I’ve got to do another movie. I’m on this train and it’s not stopping’. And then I started seeing the unhappiness in people like that because there was no balance in their lives."
