Grant will not be charged following an incident where he threw baked beans at a photographer and allegedly kicking him.
the 46 year-old actor was arrested after the attack on Ian Whittaker, who was taking photographs of the star in front of his London home last April.
According to FemaleFirst, a spokesperson for authorities said, "We have advised the police that there is insufficient evidence to charge Hugh Grant with any offence in relation to an allegation that he kicked a photographer."
The spokesperson added, "The minimal nature of the alleged assault and the lack of pre-meditation on the part of Mr Grant."
