The pop singer made the revelation during a party at the Cannes Film Festival on May 25.
According to Britain’s Daily Mirror, the singer was attending a Dolce & Gabbana party when she began to compare her derriere to those of Beyonce Knowles and Jennifer Lopez. Minogue said, "Look at my butt. I’ve got a great black girl’s butt, kinda like Beyonce and J.Lo. I may be from Australia but I think I must have some blackness in me."
The singer added that she would never wish for a smaller behind. According to Minogue, the bigger the better.
Minogue, who overcame breast cancer in 2006, likes having curves in the right places. She added, "I love having curves – forget these skinny girls. I love feeling feminine and womanly – being curvy in all the right places is part of that."
The pop singer also celebrated her 39th birthday in London with her sister, Dannii. Many of her fans sent her gifts and special wishes. One fan said, "We thought she’d feel a bit down because it was her first birthday since splitting up with Olivier Martinez."
