Cowell, who is a judge on American Idol, feels that Spears needs some time before she can re-start her career.
Cowell is convinced that the singer will find her way back to stardom after becoming a mother, marriage and divorce, and entering a rehabilitation centre. According to Cowell, Spears is one of the most talked about pop stars on the planet.
However, Cowell does insist that the young star take more time to be with her family and friends before attempting to get back to the stage. According to Femalefirst, Cowell said, "She can’t handle the tension and the pressure."
He then added, "Lock the door, don’t go out with your stupid friends, have some home-cooked food, get a sense of reality. Go lie in the garden, OK? And then say to yourself, `There’s more good in my life than bad. I’m still a rich, talented girl – now I want to get my career back on track.’ End of story."
