According to American sources, Spears is well aware of how much support she has from her fans.
The pop singer wrote on her website, "The reason for this letter is to let everyone know that their prayers have truly helped me. I am so blessed that you care enough about me."
Last March, the Toxic singer spent a month in a rehabilitation clinic. Following her treatment, she has made a few brief appearances on stage.
Spears is currently working on her next disc, and performed a few songs at the House of Blues in California. For the CD, the 25 year-old star collaborated with Kara DioGuardi.
