Last Wishes for Anna Nicole Smith

More than three months after her death, Anna Nicole Smith’s will is finally being disclosed.

The details of Anna Nicole Smith’s will, which was drawn up in April 2001, were revealed publicly on Monday in Los Angeles.

The former playmate possessed $710 000, which she was leaving for her son Daniel, who died of a overdose on September 10, 2006.  The inheritance may be much greater than this amount, as Smith was married to Texan billionaire J. Howard Marshall II, and Smith had been appealing a part of his fortune when he died.

The will does not mention Smith’s daughter Danielynn, who is now 8-months-old.  Smith died not long after her daughter was born.  On April 10, a paternity test revealed that Danielynn’s father is 34-year-old Larry Birkhead.

On June 19, Birkhead and lawyer Howard K. Stern, who is executor of the will and Smith’s former fiancé, will appear in court to try to get their part of Marshall’s inheritance.

Anna Nicole Smith died on February 8 of an overdose, while staying at a hotel in Florida.
