Skip Woods (Swordfish) will write the screenplay of the film with Eric Red (The Hitcher). The project will be one of six films that IM Global will be marketing at the Cannes Film Festival this month.
In the film, Cusack will play a test pilot who is involved in several high speed chases in order to save his kidnapped daughter.
John Cusack is best known for his performances in the films Being John Malkovich and Runaway Jury.
