According to Variety, Cruise, 44, has agreed to star in a film being directed by Bryan Singer. The project currently is without a title. Previously, Singer directed the film The Usual Suspects.
Since leaving his long-term contract with United Artists, Cruise has only made one other film as part of his new team with Paula Wagner.
The new project is reported to be about a German plan to assasinate Hitler. Filming is scheduled to begin this summer.
