Heigl, best known for her role on the television series Grey’s Anatomy, will play a single woman who has endured being a bridesmaid 27 times. When she is asked once again by her sister, there is a problem, because her sister is marrying the man that she is in love with.
According to Variety, the film will be directed by Anne Fletcher (Step Up). The script was written by the same writer of the film The Devil Wears Prada.
