The seven year-old girl was in London’s Great Ormond Street Hospital since the end of February being treated for blood poisoning. The parents of the girl spent day and night by the child’s side.
A source close to the couple told Us Weekly, "She is doing much better. They don’t know how she got it."
Johnny Depp, 43, was in England filming the film adaptation of the musical Sweeney Todd when his daughter first became ill. Because of the severity of her illness, filming was stopped for several days. Sweeney Todd, which is being directed by Tim Burton, is expected to open in theatres next December.
