The Supreme Court is forcing Noa to go into arbitration with Lopez, and will not be releasing his tell-all book.
Lopez, 36, was furious when she learned that her ex was planning to write a book that would reveal intimate details of their life together. According to documents presented during a deposition, Lopez had cheated on Noa several times during their brief marriage, including one affair with singer Marc Anthony, to whom Lopez is now married.
The judge ordered both sides to appear in court again on July 30 to discuss the progress of their arbitration.
