According to Britain’s ITV, Hartnett has spoken publicly about his previous relationship.
The Pearl Harbor star says that it was hard to accept that the relationship was over after dating for a year.
The two actors met on the set of the movie Black Dahlia, which was released in November. Harnett explained, "It was difficult spending so much time apart with all our different commitments and both of us flying all over the world."
