The lawsuit was filed Tuesday in Los Angeles by the parents of Awatif Aboudihaj. According to the official documents, "Brandy Norwood was driving recklessly in the freeway when her car collided with Awatif Aboudihaj’s car."
Monday, the state of California recommended that Brandy be charged with involuntary manslaughter.
Last December 30, the 27 year-old singer was driving on California’s highway 405 when she collided into another car, which began a multi-car accident.
