According to The Courier-Journal, Owen and producer Marc Abraham will work together on a film adaptation from one of Raymond Chandler’s short stories. The actor will play detective Philip Marlowe.
Last December, it was announced that ABC would team with producer Sean Bailey for a Philip Marlowe series.
The story will be a crime drama with noir aspects, and will be set in Los Angeles.
The series will not be using Chandler’s books as a source for storylines.
