According to the New York Daily, Spears was under contract to make an appearance at the nightclub Pure in Las Vegas for the special event. Shortly after midnight, the singer was unconscious and needed to be carried out of the club.
Now, there are rumours that Spears will not be collecting the $400,000 for her appearance. Her early departure was a rupture of the contract.
A representative for the 25 year-old star insists that Spears will in fact be paid for her appearance, but denies that the amount of the agreement was $400,000.
