According to People magazine, Carter is now dating singer Kaci Brown. Last September, the 19 year-old man proposed to his then-girlfriend, Kari Ann Periche. Carter and Periche parted ways just days after announcing their engagement.
During the summer of 2005, Brown, was a backup singer for the Backstreet Boys tour. Carter and Brown began their romance last week in Miami.
Now that he is older and wiser, Carter revealed that he’s learned some lessons about love, saying, "Love shouldn’t be about jealousy or anything like that. It should be about commitment and being able to trust that person."
The star of the television reality series House of Carters recently celebrated his birthday with his twin sister at the Hollywood nightclub Shag.
